Prozessverhalten reaktiver Trennwandkolonnen mit enzymatischem Katalysator
In dieser Arbeit wird die enzymkatalysierte reaktive Trennwandkolonne (eRTWK) vorgestellt. Dieser höchstintegrierte Apparat ermöglicht eine nebenproduktfreie Reaktion und gleichzeitige Auftrennung in bis zu vier reine Produktfraktionen. Die eRTWK wird systematisch anhand eines Referenzsystems untersucht: Als Basis dienen die Vermessung relevanter Stoffdaten und die Entwicklung eines rigorosen Modells. Anhand einer eRTWK im Technikumsmaßstab werden das dynamische und stationäre Prozessverhalten sowie die Enzymstabilität untersucht. Die durchgeführte Validierung des Modells ermöglicht die zielgerichtete Auslegung einer eRTWK inklusive Anfahr- und Regelungskonzept.
