Reconfigurable Control Software for Adaptability and Resilience in Special-purpose Machinery
Considering Industrial Software Design, Extra-functional Requirements and Real-time Reliability
Reliability and efficiency of special-purpose machines are improved by a modular control architecture with generic function and data interfaces. The approach standardizes the reconfiguration of branching and parallel logic of distributed Programmable Logic Controllers, in new or reengineered industrial control software. It decouples procedures, functions and hardware interfaces. Experts confirm scalability and migratability up to fault-tolerant hard real-time motion systems in the validation.
Eine modulare Steuerungsarchitektur mit generischen Funktions- und Datenschnittstellen erhöht die Zuverlässigkeit und Effizienz von Sondermaschinen. Der Ansatz standardisiert die Rekonfiguration verzweigter und paralleler Logik Speicherprogrammierbarer Steuerungen in neuer oder umstrukturierter Industriesoftware. Er entkoppelt Prozeduren, Funktionen und Prozessschnittstellen. Experten bestätigen die Skalierbarkeit und Migrierbarkeit bis zu fehlertoleranten Motionsystemen mit harter Echtzeit.
