CCBC 2025 convened an international community of scholars and practitioners to examine how cross-cultural dynamics shape business in a fast-changing world. Across keynotes, paper sessions, and workshops, participants explored sustainability transitions, AI adoption and governance, evolving talent markets, and the intercultural capabilities needed for resilient global organizations.
The programme featured seven thematic sessions, including research on pathways towards a greener economy (e.g., willingness to pay for sustainable products, circular-economy branding), learning for inside sales agents in digital contexts, AI in action for SMEs and policymakers, culture, talent, and global business dynamics, and relationship expansion beyond the first deal in sales.
Our Special Sessions & Workshops translated research into practice: an intercultural training lab, a deep dive into the “toxic triangle” of harmful leadership, and hands-on work on sustainable business models across cultures.
