Abstract:

Faserdruck verfolgt das Ziel, Papiere aus Fasersuspensionen mit Hilfe der additiven Fertigungstechnologie herzustellen. Mit Hilfe des Schichtbauprinzips der additiven Fertigung in Kombination mit der lokalen Faserablage können maßgeschneiderte Papiere mit angepassten Struktureigenschaften hergestellt werden. Der Faserdrucker bietet neue Freiheitsgrade für die Gestaltung der Papierstruktur und eröffnet somit innovative Anwendungsfelder, wie beispielsweise lastpfadgerecht gestaltete Papierverbundbauteile und strukturoptimierte Mikrofluidikpapiere.
