Introduction

This Help briefly explains how you can register as a new user, obtain further documents and how to pay for the PDF documents. It is always assumed that you have already found the book you were looking for.
Please make sure that you have activated cookies on your computer.

New user

You will find the action: Login / Register, below the online documents. A window will open where you can register as a new user. You will then be asked to enter your email address and a password of your choice before confirming these entries with "Register". We will need some more personal details on the following pages (address, bank account details, etc.). Fields marked with an * must be completed, all other fields are optional.

Registered user

Registered user should also sue the action: Login / Register. You will then be asked to enter your email address and password. As soon as you have registered as a user you can start buying and downloading the publications.

Notes on PDF documents.

We would like to point out that the PDF files cannot be printed or edited.

Ordered documents

Registered users will see an additional action "Ordered online documents" below the online documents. This option allows you to download and view titles that you have already paid for free of any extra charge.

Payment

Payments can be made with a credit card (MasterCard, VisaCard, AmericanExpress) or by PayPal. An order reference is only needed if this makes it easier for you to identify the invoices.

Download

You have several download options. You can download and view a table of contents or a resumé free of charge or download the complete book as a non-printable file to your PC. Please click the corresponding file to start the download. You will have to register/login as a user if you wish to download a file with costs. If this is successful the file will be released for your download. To download a file use the right mouse key on the file link and select the option "Save target as...". You can then select a directory on you PC where you want to save the file.
