Abstract:

Fußball ist für viele Menschen die schönste Nebensache der Welt. Doch den Meisten ist die Gefahr, der sie sich und ihr Herz beim Fußballschauen aussetzen, nicht bewusst. Todesfallnachrichten aufgrund von Myokardinfarkten im Zusammenhang mit Fußballspielen werden in den Medien immer häufiger.

Dieses Buch befasst sich mit den Auswirkungen emotionalen Stresses bei Fans während Fußballspielen und möglichen Folgen für ihr kardiovaskuläres System. Anhand von Pulsfrequenzmessungen wurde eine Studie durchgeführt und diese in einen gesundheitsökonomischen Zusammenhang gesetzt.
