Methodik zur Entwicklung einer hierarchischen agenten-basierten Fehlerdiagnose für Flugzeugsysteme
In dieser Arbeit wird eine modellbasierte Entwicklungsmethodik für eine hierarchische agenten-basierte Fehlerdiagnose für den Einsatz an Bord von Verkehrsflugzeugen vorgestellt. Die praktische Anwendung betrifft ein multifunktionales Brennstoffzellensystem. Für dies System wird ein Fehlermodell entwickelt, es werden Fehlersimulationen durchgeführt sowie erlangte Ursache-Wirkungs Beziehungen ausgewertet. Optimale diskrete- und Fuzzy- Fehlerdiagnoseregeln werden abgeleitet und durch mehrere miteinander kommunizierende Fehlerdiagnoseagenten ausgeführt. Die praktische Anwendung und Leistungsfähigkeit wird anhand von Beispielen gezeigt. Die Planung der Instandhaltung von Verkehrsflugzeugen kann dadurch unterstützt und Fehler können eindeutig lokalisiert und beschrieben werden.
A model-based approach for the development of a hierarchic agent-based fault diagnosis system applied to civil aircraft is content of this thesis. The practical demonstration concerns a multifunctional fuel cell system. For this system a fault model is developed, fault simulations are conducted and fault effect relationships are evaluated. Optimal discrete and Fuzzy fault diagnosis rules are gained and executed by several fault diagnosis agents communicating with each other. Using a virtual demonstration approach the use of the developed software solution is shown by means of examples. By that planing of aircraft maintenance can be effectively supported and component faults can be detected and localized explicitly.
