In dieser Arbeit wird eine durchgängig modellbasierte Integrations- und Testmethodik für komplexe Flugzeugsysteme unter Verwendung der Konzepte der virtuellen Integration und des virtuellen Testens definiert und umgesetzt. Das Ziel dieses Ansatzes ist es, den Entwicklungsprozess neuer Flugzeugsysteme während der Integrationsphase durch die Verwendung von Simulationsmodellen und rechnerbasierter Analysewerkzeuge zu unterstützen. Die Entwicklung der Methodik wird flankiert durch exemplarische Studien an einem konkreten Beispielsystem. Dabei handelt es sich um ein elektro-mechanisch betätigtes Aktuatorsystem der Flugsteuerung sowie das zugehörige elektrische Leistungsversorgungssystem für ein virtuelles Forschungsflugzeug.
In this thesis, a model-based integration and test methodology for complex aircraft systems is defined and implemented using the concepts of virtual integration and virtual testing. The aim of this approach is to support the development process of new aircraft systems during the integration phase by using simulation models and computer-based analysis tools. The development of the methodology is supported by case studies using a specific example system. This is an electro-mechanically operated actuator system for flight control applications and the associated electrical power supply system for a virtual research aircraft.
