Investigation of the influence of various copper- and cobalt-based transition-metal complexes onto the high-pressure polymerzation of ethene. Reaction paths such as CCTP, CMRP and ATRP are discussed in the context of the very less activated monomer (LAM) ethene. Structural analysis of the resulting polymers plays a major role. Experiments as well as simulations are described and interpreted.

Abhandlung über den Einfluss verschiedener Kupfer- und Cobalt-basierter Übergangsmetallkomplexe auf die Hochdruckpolymersation von Ethen. Reaktionswege wie CCTP, CMRP und ATRP werden vor dem Hintergrund des wenig stabilisierten Monomers Ethen diskutiert. Die strukturelle Analyse der erhaltenen Polymere spielt eine große Rolle. Experimente sowie Simulationen werden beschrieben und interpretiert.
