Etwa 300 vollständige Genome von Bakterien aus den Datenbanken des National Center for Biotechnology Information NCBI werden mit der Quadrupelmethode und verschiedenen Auswertungsverfahren untersucht. Dafür wurden unterschiedliche Arten der bekanntesten pathogenen und anderen Bakterien mehr oder weniger willkürlich ausgewählt. Die Genome werden nach einer Einführung in medizinisch anwendungsbezogener beziehungsweise taxonomischer Reihenfolge nach NCBI untersucht.
About 300 complete genomes of bacteria from the data banks of the National Center for Biotechnology Information NCBI are investigated by the Quadruple Method and different analyse procedures. For this purpose, different species from the best known pathogenic and other bacteria were chosen more or less arbitrarily. The genomes are tested after an introduction in medically application-related respectively taxonomic sequence after NCBI.
