Die patientenspezifische Femurpräparation und Implantationsposition ist essentiell, um das Frakturrisiko bei Patienten mit geringer Knochenmineraldichte durch Extraktion der Spongiosa zu senken und die initiale Verankerungsfestigkeit durch Verdichtung bei Patienten mit erhöhter Knochenmineraldichte zu verbessern.
