Finanzreporting von Fußballunternehmen
In diesem Buch wird analysiert, welche Mindestanforderungen sich aus dem UEFA Klublizenzierungshandbuch bzw. -reglement für das Finanz reporting, dessen Performance-Messung und die entsprechende Cor porate Governance grund sätz lich für Fußballunternehmen ergeben. Diskutiert wird, wie diese Anforde rungen von englischen und deutschen Fußball unternehmen umgesetzt worden sind, welche Vor- und Nachteile sich daraus ergeben und welche Auswirkungen Neuerungen wie das UEFA-Klub-Monitoring, das Financial Fairplay-Konzept und ein Corporate-Governance-Kodex haben. Abschließend werden, auf Basis einer Pilotstudie, praxisbezogene Verbes serungsmaßnahmen vor gestellt, um die Schwachstellen in Finanzreporting, Performance Messung und Cor porate Governance zu beheben und damit die Integrität des Wettbewerbs zu schützen.
