Vortriebsbegleitende Anwendung von Prozesssimulationen im maschinellen Tunnelbau zur Aktualisierung der Leistungsprognose und Optimierung von Logistikprozessen
Für einen effizienten Produktionsablauf im maschinellen Tunnelbau sind die detaillierte Planung und Steuerung der Produktions- und Logistikprozesse unerlässlich. Für eine robuste Planung der Prozesse hat sich der Einsatz von Prozesssimulationen bewährt, der eine Identifikation von Engpässen und Optimierung von Prozessabläufen vor ihrer Umsetzung in der Praxis erlaubt. Für eine simulationsbasierte Steuerung und Anwendung der Modelle in der Ausführungsphase existieren bisher jedoch nur wenig Ansätze. In dieser Arbeit wird eine Methode für die vortriebsbegleitende Adaption von Prozesssimulationsmodellen entwickelt. Im Fokus steht die vortriebsbegleitende Integration von Echtzeitdaten und die Generierung neuer Eingangsdaten als Ersatz für planerische Prognosewerte. Aufbauend auf der Methode zur Modellaktualisierung wird der Einsatz vortriebsbegleitender Simulationen für eine Prozessoptimierung diskutiert und ein Konzept zur Unterstützung des Störfallmanagements entwickelt.
