In der vorleigenden Arbeit werden universell einsetzbare Konzepte und Methoden für die mehrkriterielle Optimierung von verfahrenstechnischen Prozessen entwickelt, in einem Optimierungswerkzeug zusammengeführt und erfolgreich an verschiedenen Beispielen aus dem wissenschaftlichen und industriellen Bereich getestet. Das Optimierungswerkzeug erlaubt erstmalig die Optimierung von prinzipiell jedem Prozess, der in einem der zahlreichen Simulationswerkzeuge abgebildet ist.
