| Abstract: | Siliziumnitrid (Si3N4) ist ein ein Hochleistungskeramikmaterial mit außergewöhnlichen mechanischen, thermischen und chemischen Eigenschaften. Trotz aller Vorteile wurde der Einsatz von Si3N4 durch die hohen Bearbeitungs- und Nachbearbeitungskosten erschwert.
