| Abstract: | In dem Text werden vollständige mitochondriale Genome ausgewählter Gastropoda, Echinodermata und Primates aus den Datenbanken des National Center for Biotechnology Information NCBI nach der Quadrupelmethode und verschiedenen Auswertungsverfahren untersucht sowie miteinander verglichen. Während in den vorhergehenden Bänden die Taxonomie im Vordergrund steht, werden hier phylogenetische Zusammenhänge ermittelt. Dafür werden jeweils 16 Arten ausgewählter Taxa nach mehr oder weniger willkürlichen Gruppierungen in Spalten nebeneinander gestellt, in denen die Folgen der Vergleichsarten nach steigenden Größen der Summen der Quadrupelabweichungen geordnet stehen. Die Spalten sind damit individuelle Stammbäume jeweils einer Art, eine beispielsweise lineare Abhängigkeit der Quadrupelabweichungen von den einzelnen Evolutionszeiten vorausgesetzt.
In this text, complete mitochondrial genomes of chosen Gastropoda, Echinodermata, and Primates from the data banks of the National Center for Biotechnology Information NCBI are investigated and compared by the Quadruple Method and different analyze procedures. While in the preceding volumes the taxonomy is the main topic, here phylogenetic connections are checked. For this purpose, 16 species of chosen taxa are composed in more or less arbitrary groupings in columns side by side, in which the sequences of the compared species ordered with rising sums of the quadruples’ deviations are standing. The columns are by this individual family trees of each species, for example a linear dependence of the quadruples’ deviations from the evolution times provided. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
